By accessing or using the Metro No-Fault & Arbitration Support ("Metro NF," "we," "us," or "our") website, Client Portal, or any of our services, you ("Client," "user," or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Metro NF provides professional support services to law firms, medical providers, and billing companies, including but not limited to:
Metro NF is a case-support services company. We are not a law firm, do not provide legal advice, and do not represent clients in legal proceedings.
Access to the Metro NF Client Portal is restricted to approved law firms, medical providers, billing companies, and authorized representatives. You agree to provide accurate registration information, to keep your credentials confidential, and to notify Metro NF immediately of any unauthorized account access. Metro NF reserves the right to approve, suspend, or terminate accounts at its discretion.
Metro NF treats all case information, claimant records, and uploaded documents as strictly confidential. We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your data. You agree that you have the legal right to share any documents or information you upload and that such uploads do not violate HIPAA, attorney-client privilege, or any other applicable privacy law.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of any documents uploaded to the Client Portal. Metro NF may, but is not obligated to, review, reject, or remove uploaded materials. Permitted file types and size limits are displayed within the portal and may change from time to time.
Fees for services are set forth in the applicable engagement letter, statement of work, or written agreement between Metro NF and the Client. Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified. Late payments may incur additional charges and may result in suspension of services.
All website content, branding, logos, templates, and proprietary materials are the property of Metro No-Fault & Arbitration Support and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Metro NF makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or outcome of any case or arbitration proceeding. Nothing on this website or portal constitutes legal advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Metro NF, its owners, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the website, portal, or services. Total aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the Client to Metro NF in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Metro NF and its representatives from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the services, your uploaded content, or your breach of these Terms.
Metro NF may suspend or terminate your access to the website or portal at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
Metro NF reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
